Your Food. Your Responsibility.

Oct 27, 2022

We find great joy and independence in being able to fuel our own bodies. Making the choices of what veggies to eat, what to pack for lunch or the simple decisions of what to buy at the grocery store. But why should you as a kid take responsibility for your food?

When we take the responsibility of preparing our own food, we take control of our bodies. You know your body best. You know what makes you feel your best and what you eat is a huge part of that!

Think about what you had for breakfast today. Did you feel full? Did you get hungry very quickly? Did you have enough energy to focus during school?

All of these simple choices you make about what to eat makes a big difference in how you feel. Eat good. Feel good. Repeat!
